Terms for using Lyfeira

Lyfeira is a private personal life analytics app. It helps users record self-tracking data, review historical patterns, reflect on journal context, and choose small experiments worth testing.

Lyfeira is not a medical device, healthcare provider, therapist, financial advisor, or emergency service.

By creating an account or using Lyfeira, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the activity that happens through your account. Use accurate information when creating the account and contact Lyfeira if you believe your account has been compromised.

You keep ownership of the journal text, check-ins, events, imported rows, and other content you add to Lyfeira. You grant Lyfeira the limited permission needed to store, process, display, export, delete, and analyze that content for your own account experience.

Do not enter data that you are not allowed to provide, and do not use Lyfeira to store content that violates another person’s rights.

Lyfeira may show trends, associations, reviews, predictions, and suggested experiments. These are prompts for reflection, not proof. The app should use language like “usually,” “associated with,” “pattern observed,” and “worth testing.”

You are responsible for how you interpret and act on the app’s outputs. Do not use Lyfeira as a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or safety advice.

Some features may use AI to generate reflections, summaries, or suggestions based on selected metrics, journal text, events, and recent context. AI features are optional and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.

AI outputs must not be treated as diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, financial advice, legal advice, or certainty about cause and effect.

You agree not to misuse Lyfeira, including by:

• Trying to access another user’s account or data.
• Attempting to bypass security, rate limits, validation, or authentication.
• Uploading malicious content or interfering with the service.
• Using Lyfeira for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Relying on Lyfeira for emergency, clinical, or crisis support.

Lyfeira is an early product. Features may change, break, move, or be removed as the product improves. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, bugs, infrastructure incidents, or third-party service outages.

You can export your data from settings. You can also delete your account from settings. Account deletion is intended to remove your profile and personal tracking rows from active service records.

Lyfeira is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lyfeira does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate, or suitable for every purpose.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lyfeira and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on app outputs.

Unless local consumer law gives you additional rights, these terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If Lyfeira later operates through a different legal entity or jurisdiction, this section should be updated.
